Welcome to the realization of a dream nurtured over a decade, born from boundless passion and purpose. The odyssey that brought me to this juncture began well before my 2017 certification as a personal trainer, yet it truly sprang to life in that transformative moment. Working with small groups and within gym settings marked only the inception; today, it is my privilege to engage intimately with clients like yourself.

In 2017, amid the complexity of a challenging divorce, I discovered the profound impact of DoTerra oils on my life. These oils became wellness pillars, supporting me through the ebbs of anxiety, the shadows of depression, and grounding me in moments of chaos. This experience kindled a passion for holistic healing, prompting me to pursue my first Reiki certification in 2018. During this period, as I cared for my mother amidst her battle with cancer, Reiki provided solace and relief.

The narrative deepened with the onset of the global pandemic, coupled with my husband's health struggles in late 2020. Just as he found his resilience, a new challenge emerged—my diagnosis of Chronic Lyme disease in 2021. The journey to recovery demanded relentless self-advocacy, and after two years, I can proudly declare that I've not only reclaimed my health and energy, but feel truly amazing.

 

In August 2023, I celebrated the achievement of my second Reiki certification.

This transformative journey has illuminated my authentic calling—to guide others along their unique healing paths. Through the nurturing touch of Reiki, the mindful integration of essential oils, and the creation of personalized activity plans, my mission is crystal clear: to assist you in discovering your own path to wellness.
