Reiki Training Certification is a process by which individuals learn and acquire the skills needed to practice Reiki, a Japanese healing technique that involves the channeling of universal energy to promote balance and well-being. The training typically consists of multiple levels, with each level building upon the previous one. Here's is what you can expect during your training: First Degree (Level 1): Level One Reiki focuses on self-discovery, self-healing, and self-awareness. Participants delve into the history of Usui Reiki, gaining insights into connecting with Reiki Energy and integrating it into their personal lives as well as the lives of others. The curriculum covers topics such as Energy Channels & Meridians, the Principles of Reiki, the Chakra System, and the impact of stored energy on the physical and emotional bodies. The course also includes a 30-day Reiki Self-Healing/Energetic Cleansing program, culminating in a Level I Attunement within the Usui lineage. (5 Hours plus 30-Day Independent Self-Healing) Students will receive a Reiki Certification upon completion. A printed manual will be included in the cost of the course.
